Welcome to the Severn Fitness homepage. Severn Fitness is run by Ironman Triathletes Andy Sexton and Rob Birchall. We offer a mobile sports massage service to individuals or teams, or treatment at our home based treatment rooms in Dursley Gloucestershire and Bristol.
We also offer a completely personalised online coaching service for anyone wishing to improve their triathlon, duathlon, running or cycling performance. Follow the "Coaching" link in the sidebar for further details.
Severn Fitness also organise triathlon training camps aimed at budding Ironman and half Ironman distance triathletes. The next camp will be held at Millfield School in Somerset on from the 7th to the 10th of April 2006.
