Online Coaching Prices

Coaching for triathlon, running or cycling is priced in four week blocks.

The price of £35 per 4 weeks includes the following.

Training program including details of each days training session/s and objectives, sent by email on a  weekly basis.

Daily email based support. Any questions you have regarding your training or race plans can be answered daily via email.

1 weekly phone-call reviewing the previous week's training and explaining the sessions for the following week.

Sports Massage Prices

30 minute treatment - £12.50

1hr treatment - £22.50

In most cases, an initial consultation and treatment of an hour will be necessary. Following this initial session, the length of each treatment can be tailored to suit the needs of each client.

We offer a mobile service in Cam, Dursley, Gloucester, Cheltenham, Bristol and surrounding areas, or can work our home based treatment rooms in Dursley and Bristol.

Group, team or event bookings by arrangement.
